I don’t watch change from the stands.
Most people who talk about transformation advise on it. I run it. Through House of 8 I build and own companies in leadership advisory, interior design and construction, and I work with leadership teams as an advisor and board member. Across that work, three things decide whether a strategy becomes real.
Decisions
Who decides what, how fast and on what grounds. Organisations rise to the quality of their decisions.
Behaviour
Plans change nothing until habits do. Change has to be built into how the business runs, not run beside it.
Environments
The room shapes the behaviour. Neurodesign and environmental psychology, applied to the places where work happens.
Results include revenue doubled and tripled, turnarounds restoring financial stability within months, and leadership teams that hold as companies grow. Organisations I have worked with include Volvo Group, Saab, Tetra Pak, Skatteverket, Göteborgs Stad and Chalmers.
