2. A short briefing

A call with the organiser to understand the audience, the context and what the session should achieve.

3. The session

A keynote or workshop built on real cases from businesses Frida leads and organisations she advises.

Frida Stjernholm is an entrepreneur and Founder & Group CEO of House of 8. She builds and leads businesses while working as an executive advisor, board professional and international speaker.

Longer

Frida Stjernholm is an independent business builder whose perspective joins ownership and operating responsibility with strategic judgement and an understanding of human behaviour. As Founder & Group CEO of House of 8 she leads In the Arena (strategic advisory and leadership development), Atelier 61 (interior architecture, interior design and bespoke joinery) and 8 Build (construction, project planning and development). Her advisory and speaking work brings that perspective to leaders making consequential decisions: how decisions are made, how habits change and how working environments influence behaviour. She was nominated WomenTech Network Speaker of the Year 2025 and is based in Gothenburg and Malmö.
